
Safeguards for Fair Payments:
AcCare uses an escrow service, called Client Protection, to secure transactions between clients and experts. When a client uses this service, their payment is held in an escrow account until they receive and accept the service, at which point it is released to the expert.
How the AcCare escrow service work:
- Free for client: The escrow service is free for the client.
- Payment is held securely: After you make a purchase, ACCARE holds your payment in a secure escrow account.
- The delivery of Service: The experts provide the service and present the deliverables as agreed to you.
- You inspect the deliverables: Clients have up to 72 hours to raise any issues after delivery. If no concerns are raised, payment is automatically released to the Expert.
- Payment is released: If everything is as described and agreed . ACCARE releases the funds to the experts.
- Expert commitment: To submit an offer, a temporary hold of 3.5% of the offer price is placed on the Expert’s credit card. This is not a charge.
- If the Client accepts the offer and the Expert acknowledges it within 48 hours, the hold will be refunded.
- If the Client does not accept the offer, the hold will be automatically released.
- If the Expert fails to acknowledge within 48 hours, the hold will be processed as a penalty for not acknowledging the offer.
- Commission for experts: Experts are charged a commission fee, which is automatically deducted from the payout from the escrow account once the transaction is completed.
